We’re opening a brand-new 4-bed therapeutic home,  we're seeking  a passionate Registered Manager to lead it to Outstanding!

What you'll do as a  Registered Manager :

• 💰 Salary up to £53,725.86

• 🏖️ 22 days' annual leave

• 📚 Full therapeutic training (PACE, Attachment, etc.)

Registerted Manager Requirements:

• ✅ Minimum of 2years previous experience within the last 5 years in a position

• ✅ Level 3 Residential Childcare + Level 5 Leadership (or working towards)

• ✅ Proven experience managing children's homes

• ✅ Strong leadership and Ofsted knowledge

• ✅ Full UK driving licence + Enhanced DBS (funded)
